It is prohibited to publish the site in whole or in part (text, photo, design, etc.) on another site or use it in any form without the prior written consent of the site’s creators.
Data management, data protection
The protection of your personal data is of paramount importance to Sunset Rodeo Kft., the organizer of AlfaCity, and its partners.
The collection and processing of personal data suitable for identification required while using our website complies with the effective Hungarian data protection regulations (Act CXII of 2011). We treat your data confidentially and do not pass it on to third parties, unless this is essential for the performance of the contract (e.g., post, courier service). Our employees, partners, and service providers are subject to confidentiality obligations towards us.
Information about credit card payments
Through credit card payment, you can buy on our website conveniently and safely.
After ordering the selected goods, we will redirect you to the K&H Bank website, where you can pay with your bank card through a transaction processed with encryption, currently considered the most secure by the Bank.
Our customers only need to click on ‘pay by credit card’ when choosing the payment method, and then enter the card number, expiration date, and three-digit security code on the K&H Bank payment server. K&H Bank accepts VISA, VISA Electron, V-Pay, MasterCard, Maestro, and JCB type cards.
Bank cards issued exclusively for electronic use can only be accepted if their use is permitted by the card-issuing bank! Please inquire at your bank whether your card of this type can be used for purchases made over the internet. Following a successful purchase, K&H Bank issues an authorization number for the transaction, which is worth writing down or printing the entire page.
In case of an unsuccessful transaction, K&H Bank states the cause of the error in an error message.
Payment failed? If the payment failed, check if your bank card is suitable for online payment or transfer. Check if there are funds on your card or if you haven’t exceeded the security limit. Payment will not succeed if the card is blocked or invalid! If you are sure there is no problem with the above, try restarting the payment process. Check if you entered the data correctly. If you still cannot pay after several attempts, inquire at your bank.
Complaint: In case of a problem, write to the email address info@alfaamore.hu.
Interrupted payment: If you interrupt the payment process due to some error, your order will be preserved in the system for 5 days. In this case, you can continue your purchase with the ‘Restart Payment’ button. After 5 days, however, you have to start all over again.
Attention: Your ticket is not refundable! However, it can be transferred to someone else. We recommend the event’s Facebook page or the Alfa Amore AlfaCity forum for sales!
